Hello all! Some important updates. The biggest is that our Privacy Policy has changed slightly. The only changes made are to include that our email host is now run through Google (Gmail), as I felt it provided better security than the service we were using previously (and allows for our foreign friends to get our emails). Otherwise, the policy has not changed, except for a section where I added another part to contact me for concerns.

Otherwise, gardening is now open! You should be able to find seeds while foraging. As long as you take care of your seeds every day, you will find yourself with grown crops. You can then sell these crops for bells! For those seeking quicker pursuits, fertilizer will now also be available. Using fertilizer speeds up the clock so that you can get watering just a little bit quicker.

Once I can confirm gardening works as intended, I will begin to release the other sections, in the order of barns and fishing (there is also a small chance to run into a companion while foraging now). If you run into any trouble, please feel welcome to enter a bug fix or reach out! I hope you all enjoy the update.

Hello hello all! I wanted to make a quick news announcement. Currently the plan is to release the site around Christmas, with the maximum time being New Years Eve. That being said, if you poke around the site and see anything wrong (or alternatively, something you don't like - because if you don't like it, chances are others feel the same!) please let me know either through a report or by sending me a dm.

I also updated the terms of service, basically just stating site rules are the same as CS rules.

obligatory update about our privacy policy. since we initially put in the first policy, I reviewed some of our GDPR guidelines and one of the things that stood out had been the idea that everything should be really easy to understand - generally speaking, a 14 year old should more or less be able to understand what is being put in place!

Wanted to give you all the heads up (since I am legally required to do so) that I have updated the site's Privacy Policy. In simple terms, this informs you that in order for the site to function I need user data (such as the information you provide to me) and I need the ability to disclose I am using "personal information" by uploading your references from Chicken Smoothie. It also mentions aspects such as cookies (in order for the site to function, like keeping you logged in) and age requirements to use the site, such as COPPA and the UK's youth policies.

In short, it is essentially just to protect myself and the site. Just for your own comfort, I do not use any information that large companies or social media platforms might, so anything posted on this site stays here. I do not track across other websites, I do not sell your data, and everything is hosted remotely through a paid security service so that no one can gain access. I do not get to see information like your password (it becomes encrypted) nor your IP address - my goal with the website is to require as little information as possible, and when I do have such data, make it so that I cannot see it.

As I mentioned this was more of a legal notice than anything, and since I know privacy policies can be confusing, if you ever have any questions as always feel welcome to reach out!
